What to Include:

For Laptops:

Please include your charger.  While we have most chargers for laptops on hand, we like to make sure everything is working correctly including your charger, and we will test it while it is here.


For Phones:

Full phone including the screen assembly is preferred that way everything can be tested after the repair.    Preferably all put together so we can test your components together.   If not, please separate all parts and screws into plastic bags and pack well.   They’re delicate.


For Game Consoles:

Please include your controller (labelled with your name). We find it's best to make sure everything is working correctly including your controller/game pad, and we will test it while it is here.



IMPORTANT: Due to the Corona-virus uncertainty, we will be sanitizing all devices upon receipt and doing the same before shipping them back out. Once inside we expect you to have a face mask on and you will use our hand sanitizer upon entry & exit.

For devices needing a quote, we require a minimum R280.00 upfront evaluation fee (paid via cash or card) for walk-in customers. For mail-in customers, we will e-mail an invoice for EFT payment or send you a link for card payment. Customers have been abusing our previous free quotation policy and we are now implementing this system. Common repairs range from R690.00 to R3500.00 (parts + labour) but normal procedure is to prepare a quote if it's not an obvious solution from our first inspection. Repairs which require us to source spares on special order will require 50% of the quotation to be paid to secure a spot in our approved service queue, and the difference upon job completion. We trust that you understand these terms and conditions.  


Additional note: We do not have a storefront (it's a home office), so we accept walk-ins by appointment only. Call, SMS or e-mail us for a specific time of the day that you need to bring in / collect a device. We are somtimes out-of-office for a customer call-out / collection of a device or spares / contract work / etc. Thank you for your understanding 🙂 


Card payments: We accept all VISA / Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by a South African bank. However, we do add a 4% surcharge to cover the merchant fee of our card payment service provider. Thank you for your support! 


Our warranty stickers are applied internally to safe guard false warranty claims!


If you are a walk-in customer and require a 2 hour turnaround time for a repair then our R520 rush repair fee applies in addition to the normal TRC (total repair cost). This applies to Apple iPhone screen replacements only (subject to stock being available). We do offer same-day iPhone battery replacement service too! 

iPad, Samsung Galaxy; Huawei and other brands and models require quite a few man-hours so we offer a next-day turnaround time on screens, glass repairs and battery replacements. We will accomodate you in our busy schedule as best we can -- building our reputation one satisfied customer at a time.


Lastly, we constantly evaluate our repair pricing and implement a price change on the 25th of any given month. So always contact us via e-mail for the latest price list! Our annual price increase kicks in on 1 April 2021!
