REPAIR FAQ

How does this process work?

You have browsed our website and either found a flat-rate repair price (e.g. iPhone 7 screen replacement) for your device or you require us to evaluate it and get back to you with a quotation. You do not pay until after the service is complete unless you require 24 hour turnaround or approve our quotation and then pay 50% deposit for the repair to commence. For “rush repairs” (with certain exclusions) we require a service fee to be paid upfront (which will be communicated to you via e-mail).

How much will this repair cost?

If it isn’t a flat-rate repair then you will only know once our troubleshooting process is complete and we provide you with a quotation. All quotations are valid for 5 business days only – failure to contact us in written form means the job is deemed as declined.

How much is return shipping?

If you’re local to Pretoria, you can collect your serviced device at your earliest convenience. We provide free PostNet to PostNet shipping for successfully repaired smartphones anywhere in South Africa. All heavy or other fragile serviced items incur a shipping fee. If the job is a no-fix or you decline to have the device repaired you will have the choice of paying for return shipping or opting for us to discard the device.

Covid-19 precautions?

We only allow 1 customer at a time onto our premises. Please wear a safety mask and you will be given hand sanitizer once inside. Also please download and print our book-in form and bring it with your faulty device needing diagnosis/quotation/flat-rate service.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST…

Our repair request form is available on the download link. Please print it out, fill it in and bring it/ship it along with your device needing a service. You will receive a job ID once your device is in queue and we’ve completed the diagnostics/quotation process.
